The meaning of the word trapped is when something is inside of something and can't escape. Since my brain is inside my head and can't escape, that means I am trapped inside my own head. I know that the brain is not meant to escape and that it is actually protected by being inside. But regardless of knowing that, since the meaning of the word trapped is when something is inside of something and can't escape and since my brain is inside my head and can't escape, these two things have the same meaning.

The brain being inside the head has both the meaning of being protected, but unfortunately also has the meaning of being trapped as well. I feel trapped and anxiety knowing that it has the same meaning as being trapped and that makes me constantly struggle with this meaning and am unable to replace this meaning which constantly makes me feel trapped and anxiety. Could someone somehow replace this meaning of trapped being applied to the brain being inside the head with a good explanation of how this is not true and that this meaning of trapped does not apply to the brain being inside the head?
