Omega 3 fatty acids--a quality brand--is excellent for you. Be sure to take vitamin E
to prevent oxidation, and you should benefit really nicely from their use. There are
good brands out there, and I like Nordic Omega 3 fatty acids because they have such
a rigid standard, and the flavor is pleasant.

The whole vitamin B series is good for brain condition (calming the nerves, etc.).

I'd ask my psychiatrist about GABA use. It seems to be that I read recently that
it can have negative effects on mental illness. Can't remember offhand the source,
but it did make an impression on me.
