Right now I am working through the Mindfulness and Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety which is teaching me how I am putting my life on hold because of my worries anxiety and fear. I too let my worries keep me from going places, so much that I am agoraphobic. the book teaches that you learn to experience your worries anxieties and fears for what they are and live your life along side them. so far I have been able to go shopping a few extra times but it is slow going.
