Thanks for the replies. My daughter is fine, she was very upset but seems to be taking it in stride. She does want a burial so we will have to dig through about a foot of snow. It will be a cold, SHORT service, though!
She actually has another guinea pig because her friend's had babies. Hopefully this isn't some pig virus and the other one goes.
