Hi Parksguy,

How did everything go with the naturopath? I have always had difficulties with lack of energy in the am as well. Have you tried working out in the mornings? That used to help me be awake for the rest of the day. I also take B-12 liquid 5,000 mg each morning to help with energy, and can tell the difference when I don't take it. Coffee alone doesn't do the trick. Best of luck to you! Hope you are making some progress!

I do function ok once I get up and moving, but it is getting harder to do this.

My family doc essentially said I'm not just a morning person. My med mgmt. doc increased my klonopin. Therapist suggested mindfulness techniques. I just started going to a naturopath doc and waiting for blood test results.

Thanks in advance,

(Klonopin up to 1.75 mg. GAD, OCD, depression?)
