I currently take Vitamin D 1000icus, magnesium 50mgs. I heard from others that you can buy something called CALM in health food stores. Its magnesium citrate that absorbs quickly and calms anxiety.
I used to take hemp seed oil for Omega 3s and 6 but personally didnt notice a difference.
Sometimes in the morning if im not feeling the energy or feel dull I drink a sports drink powder mix. It has all the B vitamins and amino acids, its meant for working out. Kind of expensive thou, I only got it cause it was 50% off hehe
