I was wearing gloves when I had the panic attack. I can't even touch that water without gloves on. Those are some interesting ideas hankster, I think those will help a lot. Especially if I wash everything individually with running water instead of filling the sink with water and washing everything in that. It'll use more water but I might feel a little more comfortable that way. Also the sponge on a stick sounds really nice since I don't like touching that either.
