Anyone here with complex or chronic ptsd experience psychotic like symptoms. I know I was first diagnosed with Psychosis NOS, because unlike many with a Schizophrenia like disorder, I was able to function pretty well. When I expereinced a trauma related dissociative episode, my pdoc said it made more sense that I was experiencing some form of ptsd.

I hear voices in my head. The many one is an angel named Henry who makes jokes and helps me, but I also have some bad voices as well, that sometimes tell me to hurt myself

Is this common for ptsd?
