your words show a tremendous understanding of this disease. depression isn't our main foe lately due to proper medication management and support but it certainly lurks just around the corner, over our shoulder, waiting for any chance to return.

when in the trenches of the darkness and self hatred from the depression words like yours would have angered us. that is because of the distortion of depression for us.

now that we're not ruled by our depression we can see the value of posts like yours and the lessons you've experienced and are bringing here to share with the community.
