Samantha gives you wise advice to include in your letter. including facts along with your feelings to let them know why you feel you are depressed. then be prepared to let them know what you want to do about it, such as seeing a counselor or therapist. another way you could approach this is to talk to a school counselor and let him/her help you talk to your parents about needing help for your depression. they are trained in that sort of thing. good luck.
