Relating to another post, I am deep in the bowels of depression and burnout as well as the throws of ptsd. I am pretty incapable of offering a lot of support to anyone right now and feel badly about that. I am so close to the edge. I am not able to give much to anyone and I am sorry. My life, my job, everything I do is giving. I am pooped beyond pooped.
