I'm sorry that you are having a hard time right now.
I understand how we can hit that place that makes us want to hurt ourselves.
I'm impressed with how you are taking care of yourself by reaching out here and making plans for Wednesday and promising your therapist til you see her on Tuesday.
Please do make it to a group Thursday. I know just getting out can feel overwhelming. Take it one moment at a time, like first you get dressed. Then take a break. Then you walk outside. Then take a moment to breathe. Then get yourself to the meeting. And feel wonderful for having made it there. Then share if you feel comfortable to do that. Keep reaching out.
