i know that nos is not other wise specified and c ptsd differs in the way of the trauma which is repeated time and time again the younger you are and the less coping skills you have to deal with it the more damage it leaves you with not to say that trauma is less damaging in ptsd by itself but in ptsd by itself usually its a one time event as it was explained to me
