Faerie: You have posted about not being under the care of an MD because of financial reasons. Do you have any type of healthcare at all? I just wonder if what you are experiencing could be related to a health condition that you may have, like diabetes, sleep apnea, hormone issues etc. When was the last time you had a complete blood workup?
I just wonder about you and I worry.
Recently my mom was dx'd with apnea. Who'd of thought all these years that a simple thing that was overlooked could be one root to her cognition problems? She does of course have abnormalities on her MRI, and is 68 yrs. old, but because apnea can cause a lot of MI issues, I am definitely going to pursue an apnea test for myself.
I hear you, Faerie, really struggling with this cognition and focusing stuff and I hope that there might be a way for you to get medical services at a reduced cost so you can start feeling better.
