I know when I was desperate, I tried absolutely everything anybody suggested to make it thru. Spend 8 bucks on netflicks and pick a season or two of a comedy series you haven't watched yet and do a marathon session of tv watching. that will definitely take your mind off things. I recently watched all the seasons of arrested development. totally silly. so I hope you are taking care of yourself and not talking yourself out of group tomorrow. be well.
