I had similar problems with Wellbutrin. I couldn't eat anything. I tried it for two weeks before I told my doc that I didn't want to take it anymore. We kept trying different meds until we found a combo that works with my body.
Also, meds take time to start working. It's not uncommon for people to feel the same or a bit worse before you start to feel a real change.
You should talk to your doc about your concerns. They sound like good reasons to me, but I'm not a doc.
Anyways, hope you can get this all worked out.
