I'm really worried that you did this. I hope it hurt enough that you won't want to do it again. Even so it would be good for you to write down all the help phone numbers available to you and keep them next to you phone or taped to the back of your cell. When you get that urge call someone and talk!!! The support chat is wonderful when you need access to people who will understand.
Be sure to tell your therapist what is happening. She will need to know.
