I am going through a similar journey. taking it slow has worked for me...I do one healthy habit and when I start to feel it is "easy to do" and part of my routine, I add in a new habit, and repeat.

For me, starting with exercise has been easier than starting with my disordered eating. For others, starting with the food piece is easier.
