Eating small, nutritious meals by the clock (every 4 hours while awake) REALLY helped me stop the b/p cycle. I haven't found anything yet that has helped me with the body image issues. My eating disorder is heavily tied into my OCD, so taking Luvox has helped with the obsessive thinking and counting, though they are still definitely present and problematic. I haven't found anything yet that has helped with the body dysmorphia or fat phobia.
