Howdy.
I've been having problems for a while, with bowel movements, bloatedness, gassed up 'n noplace to go, as well as constipation. Not very nice! I do exercise, albeit sporadically, but that's because of the problems I'm having! I am drinking as much as I can, and eating fiber and stuff. I think I'm just not getting
enough of whatever the hell I need. I've just discovered fiber supplements, and it appears as though I need more insoluble fiber, because it doesn't need digesting and can act as a natural laxative. So, I'm just looking for some advice, some experience perhaps, in taking these things. I'm fully aware that I need to see the doctor, by the way; I'm getting an appointment later today, but I wanted to get in some other opinions and experiences.
'n yeh, I was torn as to whether to put this in the health forum or here, but I went for here, as it's more general than anything.
