I'm in a 3 story apartment and I know it's normal to hear some clatter, bangs and stomps from other neighbors, that I can deal with since it's unavoidable noise. My issue is the music, especially really early in the morning like 7 am early and late at night sometimes even at midnight. I'ts especially loud in the bathroom area since the floors are tile so it amplifies the noise, this unit is a small one bed one bath and the bath is connected to the bedroom. What's the best way to address this issue without being an ***? I'm really starting to get very annoyed. I could mention it to the office, but I can assure they won't do or say anything. Just recently the dryer caught fire after mentioning it having a problem a whole month before that happened, and the worst part is the dryer came in 2 days later, the maintenance guy just didn't get around to it even after offering to help bring the unit upstairs. That has been resolved already but hopefully you see my point here. I could leave a note on the door, or say something in person which is what I prefer to do, but I can come across as rude. Any suggestions what to say nicely?
