Thinking of you and your boy, too.

I have been in that deep, black hole of depression before ... it lasted several months (maybe more?) and it was *terrible.* I literally felt like I was in a deep, black hole of depression that I would never be able to crawl out of ... and even assuming I could somehow do that ... I was so depressed that I felt worthless and undeserving of being able to do so.

Fortunately, I pulled out of it and I hope I never become that depressed again.

Hope all of you all that are depressed feel better soon - please don't give up hope ... I think things will get better ... take care all. x
