Look at "210 things to do instead of cutting" at Google. There's a great list out there!
And these are the most important for me
- Hold ice with your hands! This is very typical for a reason. IT WORKS! You feel pain, but for me it's a bit different pain. But it relieves the craving.
- Drink ice cold water. Same reason as above. It's also very useful for smoking cessation (a smoker said :P )
- Exercise. It's also typical, and it works. Your body will release thousands of hormones that will replace the few ones released when you cut

- Indeed, that. *-*-*sex.*-*-* Alone or with company
