Thank you Rainyday. I don't have a therapist. I lost my mental health care coverage because of Obamacare so my pdoc now costs me a hundred dollars a shot. Can't afford anything more. I feel better today so maybe it was a fleeting thing. I think talking about it on here and just acknowledging it helped.
