...and I did, having not long come back. xD I'm getting a blood test tomorrow, and I have fibre drinks for now, as prescribed by my GP. I won't bother with those other things, as these drinks seem to be working - already.

Sounds good, but doesn't that give diarrhea as apposed to constipation and bloated/gassy feelings? Hopefully something like that will show up in my blood test. Thanks.
