Whenever I want to access a site that requires Flash, I am told that I do not have the latest version and that I should download it. I do have it. I downloaded this recently (with much difficulty).

Sites that I would access previously no longer work yet I have checked and re-checked my version of Flash.

Would anyone know why this happens?
