Go for it. It sucks being criticized all the time, for stuff you're passionate about, but at the end of the day, once you've got over the hurt stage, you'll get past it, and you'll be better for it. I'm a guitarist, and I've been poked at a good few times in the past, but I learn from it. I've had my poetry criticized, but I learned from it and improved as a result. And so on. You could just say this is AS IS and you aren't looking for criticisms, just for people to take it as it is, whether like or hate. Sometimes people get kinda... IDK... they fail to just take something for what it is.
