My endocrinologist upped my dose of Synthroid (finally) to 75mcg and when I told her that I am desperate to feel better than just "half way", so she said after my follow up ultrasound for the nodules and blood work, she'll see if there is another medication approach or add T3 (Cytomel) to my Synthroid regimen.
Has anyone here use T3 (Cytomel) along with the Synthroid ?
I've read in several books that T3/T4 combo, for many is more successful, heck I'll try anything at this point.
I've been feelin unwell for way too long.
It's like an engine's spark plug/timing that is not "firing" right,in need of a tune up.
