The allergist told me that my skin was too bad to do a allergy test on me, so I started writing down things i'd observed myself.

Eggs, soy, alcohol, too much vaseline (clogs pores causing heat rash), dust, heat, herbal essence (the color me happy scent) all trigger my eczema.

Almond milk (as a replacement), drinking a lot of water after alcohol, Aquaphor, Dove soaps, pillow cases that allow venting (not silk or too heavy cotton), constant fan running, and Xtra Laundry Detergent ($3 at Dollar General) all have helped me live a better quality of life!

Good luck in finding what helps you!

Edit: I've heard dairy and wheat are bad too!
