Gotcha. I'm sorry to hear that. I worked really hard to get through, but perhaps you could try some of the other suggestions in the mean time while waiting? I know there is another crisis line available 2pm - 2 am but I could never get through (said not online). I do hope you start feeling better soon! I know how hard it is, I literally just went through similar urges.
