I am 28 yrs old and have recently started experiencing Night Terrors. I have never had them before and it has been quite disturbing for me. Last night being my worst episode yet and they seem to be happening more frequently.

My question being, I just 1 month ago stopped taking Celexa, well was weaned gently off of it. I have had not serious symptons other then normal withddrawal and have been doing quite well. I wonder could my recent bought with a sleep disorder most common in Children be related?

And if so What do I do? I am not located near my Doc any longer and am not really interested in seeing another, especially for this in fear they will only <font color="purple"> </font> place me on more meds.

I don;t understand why this is happening and it is very much so affecting my like including my job for lack of restfull sleep. I am so afraid to sleep after last night or even to be in my room.

Has anyone one else experienced this as an adult and could it be related to discontinuing Antidepressant use?
