I have just started reading this book -- Power of Now --as I also, am just learning to live in the "now" -- some/most of the pages I re-read a few times to really understand and grasp what he is saying. This whole new way of thinking and approaching our thoughts is so easily explained by Tolle -- I mentioned to a fellow poster here, this morning, I am amazed at how well this author/spiritual teacher knows my brain!!
