It seems that you're taking an antipsychotic(Zyprexa, [Olanzapine]), an anticonvulsant used as mood stabilizer (Lamictal, [Lamotrigine]) and an antidepressant (Prozac, [Fluoxetine]).
As you can guess, those antisomething drugs don't really cure anything - they just help your brain to cope with it. Antipsychotics are widely used for Bipolar disorder (I don't really know why, but I bet for prevent/avoid psychosis in manic/depressive/mixed episodes). Anticonvulsants like Lamotrigine are also used as mood stabilizers (just like lithium) - they help you to be more in the middle of your mood - neither too depressive or too manic. And, finally, an antidepressant like Fluoxetine is used -obviously- for coping with depression.
So they should help you to manage your symptoms, not to cure them. As far as I know, there's no way to "cure" a mental disorder - there're just plenty of ways to manage them (drugs, therapy...).

Lana
