Well, she contacted me first. One of the deans knows about my struggles and contacted me to make sure I was still okay and I told her what is going on. Well, not literally but I said I need help and don't know how to get it without calling 911 and my situation isn't exactly that dire. So I guess I reached out. It's probably good that someone irl with some power knows I'm struggling.
