Popproducer, can you sit down and talk with your father, explain to him that you really hear voices and want some help?
I believe you are mistaken about him having to provide you with health insurance. Morally I would hope he would help you since he has the resources to do so, but my understanding of Florida law is that the parent has no legal responsibility for a child once they turn 18.
