What I meant was that usually, when Bipolar is uncorrectly used, the thing people uncorrectly mean should be correctly named Borderline Personality Disorder.
For example: A said she loves her mother yesterday. Today, A says she hates her. Dumb comment from his dumb friend: "Oooh yo ur zo bipolar". When he really wanted to say: "Oh, you're so borderline."
