i cant really remember the actual moments i just nw when i get confused or when im telling a story and someone interupts i say i hae adhd u cant do that because ill forget what i was talking about ....it is extremly hard to tell a story when ppl are constantly interupting i get so annoyed mind u its usually my friends and they know about my adhd
