It would all depend on the reason for your suspension in the first place but the best thing would be to think about that and address those issues. For example, if you failed assignments because you were distracted and didn't maintain your GPA then talk about why that was and what has changed. Also, as people have said any other letters, reports or examples you have to back that up can be extremely helpful.
