I understand this thread is old but I must say.... When you said, "I'm not sure if my illness was returning of if this was some sort of temporary withdrawl symptom." This is exactly how I felt. I had the same feelings and was even to the point where I was out looking for people to get me drugs that caused the problem...

The way I am thinking is that your DR is right, you should be off the meds at this point. The question is why are symptoms returning when getting off of Abilify. How can dosing down be achieved safely?
