I vote molatav...& trees... But no can't really risk that. Screw them wanting a pic, should be illegal. I've seen studies here in states about how men get way more interviews than women - and people with "normal" or "white" sounding names get hired easier too. It's f-ed up. Chase your dream - you will find something good. Good ethical companies exist, and will be lucky blessed to have you join them.
