im completing the IEQ questionaire on their site.

i dont get medicare til november but i have a current plan under one of my parents. but she is going to take me off it soon. the first question of the IEQ is if i already have existing coverage and that that will change how much i pay for it. i have coverage now but i wont soon. what do i click? yes or no.
