I'm thankful that because of this site and things I've read from other posters, that when my bf started to go into his frustration/rage/raw emotion place this morning over something he'd been ruminating on for 3 days (unknown to me) I was able to diffuse it...may not work everytime, but it was a relief it worked this time. He's still upset and when I get home, I may still have work to do. I just hope I can keep my own BP emotions controlled if he's still in that place. Thank you everyone!
