Be sure your endocrinologist knoww that women feel better when TSH is at the lower end of the "normal" range of .350-5.50 uiIU/mL Men can feel fine at 5.5 but women tend to feel better at .350. It has something to do with testosterone, but I am not clear on the details.

I also only take Synthroid (112mcg). And I also have the form of hypothyroidism that is hard to keep at one level and so I am tested every 3 months for med adjustments.
