Today is better. Saw T yesterday. Trying to build a safety net for 7 yr old insider who SI's. At 7, she will b*te her tongue till it bl**ds, b*te herself, take baby ********n (thank goodness there is none in the house), h*t herself----When she is triggered out it is a challenge to keep her safe. Sometimes she's fine and is the sweetest little girl.

It's easier with the Bigs. T can reason with them or give them the option of hospital if they can't stay safe. Littles are harder. Re-directing only works for a little while. It's exhausting. If the system can't be safe our options are day hospital, babysitter, hospital. T won't really work with Willow until there is a safety net that is reliable. And Willow needs to talk on the outside. Things are quite stressful right now.

Christmas doesn't help......
