Yeah they know, I was really open when I talked to them about it 
I take meds but am currently mid med change and I'm in therapy.
Nothing helps with the urges. I've not found anything that will stop me from SI if I feel I need to Also though even when I'm not doing it as self harm I'm doing it subconsciously without realising it and even in my sleep
Just feel like everything is going wrong right now
