You're welcome and sorry nothings helping you. Would it help if you wear those light cotton gloves at bedtime. They sell them in the makeup section where they have makeup sponges. Usually they're for people who want to put cream on their hands at night. Would finding something else to do with your hands help? Like a craft or some fidgeting thing to hold. Maybe being mindful and re-direct yourself to do something else. Hope the med change gets better and hope you find something that helps.
