Take them back. You don't deserve headaches because of this! It IS a major issue if you're suffering because of this.

I've had to have the "legs" of my glasses readjusted when they were tightened too much - because they gave me a huge headache. The customer is sometimes very right - especially when it comes to things that are health related!
