I understand how you feel. Especially that part where he says "I can't live without you, and I need you." WHEN, he already has someone else, and he, too wants to be good friends with me and says he wants to kiss me all the time, which of course, was inappropriate.

Best thing to do, is to just ignore him. Tell him that he can't do the things he keeps doing to you, and if he does, maybe tell him you guys can't be friends anymore. I know you still have some feelings for him, but fake it till you make it. If you really do love him, let him go and be happy, and at the same time be happy yourself. Hopefully he'll get tired of pursuing you and leave.

It doesn't seem like you two should get back into a relationship, at the very least give each other time and space, and then see what happens.
