I'm so sorry you are having a bad time. You know that it is only the depression that is talking and not that you are doing anything wrong. Sometimes it just gets to us no matter what we do. Try to find something to distract yourself with and let it pass.
I like Hidden Object games. They completely engross me for a time. It helps.
