They are not petty issues. Your issues are quite valid.



I always recommend seeing a therapist, since nothing can replace "in person" support. Otherwise, medication might help for anxiety and depressive feelings.

I understand a lot of your cognitive thoughts you've written here. You're definitely not alone!
